Cae Melyn provides residential care and support for younger adults with learning disabilities. We are registered with Care Inspectorate Wales and are committed to providing high-quality care in a homely, respectful and inclusive environment.
Our approach is built around each person’s strengths, wishes, communication needs, routines and goals. We work closely with families, advocates, health professionals and commissioners to help every resident live as independently and meaningfully as possible.
Person-Centred Support
Care plans are tailored to each resident's needs, choices, goals and preferred routines.
Independence Skills
We support daily living skills, community access, social activities and confidence-building.
Safe Environment
Residents are supported in a safe, comfortable and welcoming home with trained staff available.

We welcome enquiries from families, social workers, local authorities and health professionals. Before offering a placement, we complete an assessment to make sure we can safely and appropriately meet the person’s needs.
